Giveaway ORGANIZATION

EDIMAS SAS, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under the number: 39383561600045, whose registered office is located at 85 bis Boulevard Louis Delfino 06300 Nice, is organising from 10 to 13 January 2020 a giveaway with no obligation to purchase entitled: "Mensola per libri "T" asimmetrica DESTRA - 60x60 cm - Acciaio Set di 2", in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these rules. This operation is neither organized nor sponsored by Instagram.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This giveaway is open to any natural person of legal age, with internet access and a valid e-mail address, residing in Italy, with the exception of the staff of the organizing company and their families, as well as all persons who have participated in the development of the giveaway. The giveaway is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to giveaway and competitions.

Only one entry per person - same surname, first name, email address or Instagram ID - is permitted during the entire giveaway Period. As the giveaway is accessible on the Instagram platform, Instagram will in no case be held responsible in the event of a dispute related to the giveaway . Instagram is neither organizer nor sponsor of the operation.

DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

A winner will be drawn at random after the end date of the giveaway (January 13, 2020 at 10am). The winner will be contacted via Instagram after the draw, confirming the nature of the prize won and the terms and conditions to benefit from it. Any winner who does not respond within 10 days of notification of his or her prize will be deemed to have forfeited it and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.

The draw will determine 1 winner among the participants having carried out one of the 2 actions mentioned above.

DOTATION

The giveaway has the following prize, awarded chronologically to the valid participant drawn at random and declared the winner. The winner will win a prize of 2 shelves.

IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

TEEbooks reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before awarding the prize. Under no circumstances can prizes be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners. In case of force majeure, the organising company reserves the right to replace the prize won by a prize of equivalent nature and value. The participants authorise the verification of their identity. Non-compliance with these rules and any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of its modalities, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the participation of its author.
